about

The debut album. Profound lyrics, eloquent harmonies and clean, authentic, and extraordinarily expressive vocals -- paired with a unique and beautifully textured blend of indie, folk, and blues -- results in truly captivating music, challenging convention and inspiring all who listen.

This album is a mix of early and more recent material. I wanted to showcase what I love about music, and what drove me to pursue it as a career: songwriting. It is, without question, a true passion. Nay, a necessary part of living, equally essential as food, water, and shelter. My art is what allows me to connect with others, to feel, relate, and empathize openly and honestly. Without it, I'm simply a ghost in a human shell.

I truly hope you enjoy this album. Please, let me know what you think! I would love to hear from you. My social links are provided on this page and on my website. Be on the lookout for shows in Chicago with my band, John Lamm and the Other Wolves.

about

John Lamm Chicago, Illinois

I write. I sing. I play. Often for many reasons, but always for one; the world is a lonely, terrible place...and we'd all perish in it without music.
